Volunteer Opportunities

Develop and communicate the Chamber's annual Legislative Agenda and assist members in becoming engaged in the political process.

Help plan and coordinate the annual Family Fest event in Downtown Greer.

Help plan and coordinate the annual Oktoberfest event in Greer Station.

This committee will oversee recruitment and retention efforts, development initiatives, member communications methods, member engagement programs and member services/benefits.

Member Mentors will gather monthly and will be assigned to new members. Responsibilities include mentoring new members and hosting events such as ribbon cuttings and First Friday Luncheons. Member Mentors will also recruit new Chamber members.

This group will focus their efforts on promoting the Chamber in the Pelham Area with different networking and fun events, including the popular Pelham Power Breakfasts.

This new committee will be formed to develop relationships and strategies to meet the needs of Chamber members and prospective members in the Taylors area.

Help plan and coordinate the Chamber's Annual Celebration for January 2011 that celebrates the success of the Chamber and recognizes leadership in the community.

This group's mission is to assist you in growing your business by sharing qualified leads.

Young professionals group with three focuses: social networking opportunities, educational classes, and community service projects.

This program provides an arena for business owners and those in business development to learn how to increase sales within an interactive environment to share best practices and network within the Greer community.

This committee will help plan and impliment this new event for the Greer Chamber: The convention will feature vendor booths, breakout sessions, and the annual Small Business Awards Luncheon.

This monthly program is open for small business owners and executives to get together to discuss common issues and best practice solutions. The committee goals are to have pertinent discussions and plan quarterly events to address the issues that came about in the monthly meetings.
