Southern Crescent (Beach)
7:00pm on Friday at the Garfield Main Stage
Originally organized as a contemporary country band in 1980 in Greenville, South Carolina, Southern Crescent played the club circuit, as well as festivals and concerts, throughout the country during the '80s, performing both as headliners and as opening act for such national acts as Jerry Lee Lewis, Charlie Daniels Band, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, The Tams and many others. The band is one of the most versatile variety bands in the upstate of South Carolina. Mixing a variety of music including beach, oldies, pop, and rock, the band adjusts their broad song selection to each audience’s particular tastes.


Outshyne (Country)

Outshyne is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after concert bands in the Southeast and across the nation. A country band with a rockin' edge, Outshyne is now performing up and down the East Coast of some of the hottest nightspots and biggest venues around. On the heels of capturing the Carolina Music Award as the 2009 "Country band of the Year," Outshyne was just named last year's "Country Band of the Year" for Carolina Nightlife. In addition to its own original music, Outshyne also plays a wide-ranging set-list, including songs from acts such as Keith Urban, Brooks & Dunn, Hank WIlliams Jr., Johnny Cash and countless other.

Fish on Fridays (Christian)

Fish on Fridays (aka FoF) is a Simpsonville, SC based band performing a blend of Comtemporary Christian, Christian Rock and Secular Rock.  Formed 2 1/2 years ago, FoF has played Upstate church events, youth centers, youth retreats and private parties.  Familiar covers you will hear are from artists such as Casting Crowns, Big Daddy Weave, Barlow Girl, Inhabited, Jeremy Camp, Darrell Evans, Collective Soul, Petra and Creed.  Their motto is "Sing and pray twice".


Calvin Taylor Trio (Motown/Beach)
1:00pm on Saturday at the Garfield Main Stage
Calvin Taylor was born and raised in Sumter, SC. He joined the Original Drifters in SC in 1979. The Drifters played with BB King, Maurice Williams, Junior Walker and opened for national artists like Joe Cocker, B. B. King, Eddie Right and many more. Calvin also worked with former lead singer of the Temptations, Dennis Edwards. The Calvin Taylor Trio has performed around the east coast for several years, wowing audiences from young to old. Calvin's great voice and personality, combined with the accomplished musicianship of his bandmates, provide an entertaining twist to any event.



Angela Easterling (Country/Folk)
2:00pm on Saturday at the BMW Manufacturing Co. Amphitheater Stage
Much of her childhood was spent on a farm in Greer that has been in her family since 1791, seven generations. Ironically, it wasn't until she moved to Los Angeles, that the homespun musical calling in her soul became a siren's song. A performer all her life, Angela had begun playing guitar and writing songs while studying at Emerson College in Boston. Angela embraced her heritage in a big way as a writer and an artist on her debut album, "Earning Her Wings", chosen as "Americana Pick of the Year" by Smart Choice Music. Angela released her second album, “BlackTop Road”, produced by Will Kimbrough in July ’09.The album was in the top 5 for adds to the Americana radio charts for several weeks and debuted on the Americana top 40 chart in September. It has been highly praised in the press and was chosen as a top pick in both Oxford American and Country Weekly.



Mark McMakin & Friends

Mark McMakin and Friends is comprised of many musical talents from the area that get together to showcase the musical heritage this area has produced.  These musicians have played with many of the musical greats live and in recording including Brooks and Dunn, Reba McEntire, The Marshall Tucker Band, Sheryl Crow, Toby Keith and Martina McBride.  For this festival, they will be featuring the beach and boogie of Rickey Godfrey’s award winning beach album “Once In a Lifetime Love” along with their traditional blend of southern music. Bring your dancing shoes to start your Saturday night at the Greer Family Festival!



Josh Owens & Allie Bridges (Acoustic)
5:30pm on Saturday at the Dick Ploof Community Stage
Allie Bridges and Josh Owens met a couple of years ago when Allie needed a singing partner for the tv show tryouts, "Can You Duet".  They made it to the top 40 contestants out of about 10,000 hopefuls.  Even though they didn't make the show, they decided to continue singing together as a duo.  Allie and Josh have a unique soulful southern sound. They sing a wide variety of music along with their own originial material.


Parrots of the Caribbean (Jimmy Buffet tribute band)
7:30pm on Saturday at the Garfield Main Stage

Over the last ten years, Parrots of the Caribbean have earned their acclaim as the #1 Jimmy Buffett tribute act in the country! Favorites such as "Margaritaville", "Cheeseburgers in Paradise", "A Pirate Looks at Forty," and "Come Monday," have taken the group from Canada to Texas. Lead Singer, Dave Albrecht, bought his first harmonica at the age of 18 and by the age of 30, he landed a front man position impersonating "Elwood Blues" all over the country including 5 years with the "Legends in Concert" in Las Vegas! You don't want to miss this performance!



Mighty McFly (80's Party Band)
7:00pm on Saturday at the BMW Manufacturing Co. Amphitheater Stage

Mighty McFly is one of the best unsigned original bands in the USA. They are overwhelmingly entertaining to watch and also some of the best musicians to be found anywhere. They are influenced by Queen, Van Halen, Journey, Prince, Sly & the Family Stone, Mothers Finest, Living Color, Garth Brooks, Michael Jackson, KISS, and many more. You will never forget them once you see a Mighty McFly show - as they have had over 1,500 shows within the past 7 years! Mighty McFly is most ofter described as what would happen if Journey and Van Halen had a child.
